Also, your crafting companions can be raised to level twelve with new recipes to be found that are appropriate for that level. In addition,

I must admit that I haven't tried out Mystic's abilities much yet, though I did change out one of my item's stats for a new one. She will need to be trained to make her worthwhile to use on high level characters.
